I bring a structured, consultative approach to Regulatory and Quality hiring. I understand that these functions are not administrative support roles, they are commercially critical positions responsible for regulatory approval, audit readiness, product release, risk mitigation and long-term business sustainability.
For clients, I take the time to understand each client’s regulatory landscape, system maturity and operational pressures so I can introduce talent that not only meets compliance requirements but genuinely strengthens their team and quality culture.
For candidates, I provide honest, transparent insight into team dynamics, expectations and long-term progression, building trusted partnerships that support both immediate career moves and future growth.
Operating within a highly regulated and evolving life sciences landscape, I connect organisations with professionals who go beyond compliance to elevate quality culture and regulatory strategy. I pride myself on building authentic, trusted relationships that deliver long-term hiring success.
